Polack Gospel dated by late 12th-early 13th c. is an ancient artifact of the book culture of Belarus in Church Slavonic written in a beautiful uncial (an old form of Cyrillic) on parchment. Notes and entries on the Gospel’s margins have preserved the specifics of those times’ speech when the Belarusian language was being formed.
