In 1965 the Belarusian Bible Committee was created to publish and distribute the Bible in Belarusian. In 1970 they published ‘The New Law’ translated by Janka Stankevich, and in 1973 – the full Bible translated from Hebrew and Greek in cooperation with pastor Maisei Gitlin.
