149. The Bible translation by Vasil Semukha

A well-known translator from German Vasil Semukha turned to the Bible texts and in 1988 he translated the Gospel according to Matthew. In 1990 he published the translation of the Book of Ecclesiastes and the Song of Solomon. In 1994 and in 2008 the Song of Solomon was reprinted with the engravings by Arlen Kashkurevich. In 1995 Vasil Semukha translated the New Testament and Psalter. In 2002 his full translation of the Bible from the Church Slavonic was published.
